Nathan's Toy Story Lego Party

The most important part of the party - the Cupcakes!

We started the party with a little coloring "contest"

with lego shaped crayons of course. : )

Then out came the legos.

Some samples of their lego creations.

They all went home with their own box of legos.

Nathan enjoying his cupcake.

One friend really enjoyed his cupcake.

Dad and Nathan after the party.. putting together the first of many new lego sets.

We always told Nathan that he could have gum when he turned "4" so here is Jules presenting him with his ceremonial pack of gum. She was so excited to give it to him and when Nathan opened it.. he was like "Gum??? I don't want gum.. ". (I think he was just disappointed that it wasn't a toy.) After chewing it for a few seconds, he also decided that gum wasn't all that.

Too much birthday cake..

Disney Trip 2010

Walt Disney World - 2010 :: Day 1 :: Mother's Day

Jules and Nate in front of the Disney castle. As you can see, Nathan has already made his first purchase with his "Disney Money"

The first thing Jules wanted to do was buy one of those huge princess balloons... so she did. And she was happy. Believe it or not, this balloon made it all the way home

A very happy "mommy" on Mother's Day

Jules and Nate in the teacup. : )

Walt Disney World - 2010
:: Day 3 :: Epcot

Walt Disney World - 2010 :: Day 4 :: Hollywood Studios

Our first mission - to fight Darth Vader.. turns out you had to be "4" so Nathan couldn't do it and Jules was too shy to get past the interview with the staff guy.. but we enjoyed watching the show anyway.

Lunch at "Pizza Planet"

Look! Even the rice krispie treats are shaped like Mickey Mouse

Walt Disney World - 2010 :: Day 5 :: Downtown Disney - the Lego Store

Hard to tell in this photo but the people and dogs in this photo are all made out of legos..

Nick next to "woody".. also made from legos
