On the Sat before Halloween, we took the kids to a local Fall Festival. Juliana and Nathan both participated in the children's costume parade and costume contest. Juliana won for "Scariest" in her age group. (she's Mike Wazowski from Monster's Inc) Go Jules! She won a trophy and a few other goodies.

Grandma Nancy treated the kids buy purchasing these giant aliens at the festival. The kids had a blast with these.. literally played with them for hours.. they were ball players, their children, .. they even covered them in tissue paper and said they were dressed as "mummies" for halloween..

The kids literally ran to each house this year. (although cool, the Mike Wazowski costume wasn't very practical so Jules wore her Super Girl costume for the trick or treating marathon.)
